"I had so many issues and the place was filthy when I moved in! Then I moved out, hired a cleaning company and I cleaned and checked it, but the refused security deposit refund. Said they had to clean carpets in 2 rooms after a year. Shouldn't they always clean the carpet? The also charged me $70 to clean a microwave that was cleaned professionally, and repair holes in walls, even though they told me, " do not fill holes, and hang anything you want... Only fill holes larger than a dime". Interesting that the charges exactly equaled the security deposit? See the pictures of when I moved in, OMG!"
