"Have lived in one of the apartments for about a year now. Great place to live and also love the location right on Main Street in Miamisburg!"
"As my lease nears its end, I want to say that this has been a lovely place to live. The owner is very responsive and you can usually see him around as they continue to work on the lower levels. No expense was spared in these apartments. Everything is very high quality, from the floors to the appliances. I never had any noise issues from neighbors or from the town. I have lived around here for a while and by no means is it a bad area, but I also never had issues feeling secure here with electronic locks and cameras present. There is so much to do within walking distance including the river, bike path, parks, restaurants, and bars. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a premium apartment with a hard to beat charm and location, at a reasonable price these days."
