"Slumlord owners. Fleas, bedbugs and even crackheads all over the place. Used to be an ok place with the old owners, definitely not now. Wouldn’t recommended this place to ANYONE."
"The building owner is a reasonable person. Willing to work with you if you have an issue. You do have to go through a property management company, which isn't ideal, but they are nice at least. The neighborhood isn't the greatest. It's quiet most of the time but there is a bit of crime. I've had my car broken into once during the 3 years I've lived here, as has my next door neighbor. Miamisburg police are here at least once or twice a week for god knows what. The units themselves are nicer than many of the other apartments in this area I've looked at and the rent is competitive. The walls are a bit thin. Unfortunately I can hear everything the guy upstairs does. And I mean EVERYTHING. I suggest getting a top unit if one is available."
"managers won’t comply. won’t help with any problems that go wrong in the buildings. never answer the phones. ROACHES from a previous hoarder who moved out and they refuse to take care of it. they’ll make you pay even after you move out because that’s their “policy”. they’re trying to fix it up with paint and flooring but won’t fix the roach infestation."
"THIN walls, unpleasant neighbors, bugs, mold, terrible customer service, refuse to fix anything (a/c and heat has never worked) , lied about features such as garbage disposal, and charge late fees on rent even if it is in on time. Hands down worst place to live in Miamisburg."
