"The new room renovations are almost complete and they are outstanding. The rooms are cleaner and brighter than they previously were. Overall, an excellent job."
"Staffed for any of your needs 24/7, close to shopping, food and entertainment spots, great weekly rates and a great environment, everyone always has a smile on their face and the hotel itself keeps looking better and better. Zero tolerance for shenanigans policy enforced for your relaxation. Laundry facilities are top notch and cheapest around town.I highly recommend if you need an extended stay at reasonable prices this is the temporary home you're looking for. On top of that, last year when I was here I never missed a day of work, even when the blizzard of Buffalo finally passed through. Road crews of Ohio are amazing."

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had a quiet experience here nobody bothers me. No matter wat time it is there is someone to help u. The night girl is friendly and always willing to help. The GM was friendly and willing listen to any concerns"
