"I used to live in this apartment. It was a good experience. It is well maintained, enough space, great location, which is close to the shopping and there is little park for walking right behind the community. The ladies in the office are nice and helpful. I also appreciate that the people who worked hard to fix stuff quickly, and those who keep the area clean. The move out process was also smooth, and received deposit quick.Thank you, Convey Run."

"Great place to live. If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. Managment is awesome and maintenance is great. I love the peace and tranquility all day and all night 365 days a year. I've lived here 7 years and it is wonderful."

"I have lived here since September of last year and hate it. I always feel uncomfortable coming home because I feel like I'm going to have a fine sitting on my door. The management charges fines for the most retarded stuff. My first month here we were fined 10 dollars for garbage sitting on the side of the dumpster. First off we have a horrible raccoon problem which has been reported numerous times. When you throw trash in the dumpster they raccoons pull it right back out and then I'm the one who gets fined. People driving by throw their cigarettes out the car windows and since I live on the corner it land in my yard. It's not my responsibility to pick up somebody else's nasty ass cigarette butts because you are worried about curb appeal. But when they don't cut the grass for 3 weeks and the grass is long they aren't worried about curb appeal then. Then my pilot light for my water heater went out and they would not fix it without a work order. Well when they close at 5 and there aren't any work orders outside the office how am I supposed to get my stuff fixed. my aunt and I have the apartment together and are both on the lease. I am moving back to Huber because of extenuating circumstances and in order for me to be taken off the lease my aunt has to do another application and pay the fee which is understandable. But they are trying to force her to sign another year lease. It's ridiculous. I won't ever live in a showe management property again and will never recommend them to anybody ever again. Stay away from covey run. They are crooks."

"I have lived here for 2 years. I loved staying here for the 1st year and the staff and maintenance were amazing. Nicole and Paula were absolutely amazing and were very understanding. Not once did I have a complaint against them or any other staff. They should have never gotten rid of the previous managers and or I wish the previous management hadn't quit because they were awesome, understanding, and lenient. I will be contacting an attorney to see what the laws are and how I can deal with these so called people because I will not continue to stay somewhere with such bad management skills and mindset. The ignorance is strong and will NOT be tolerated. These new nasty people are rude, disgusting, and very indignant. I COLD HARDHEARTEDLY REFUSE TO SIGN ANOTHER LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THEY ARE LUCKY WE ARE FINISHING OUT OUR LEASE and the only reason is because of the school year. If I have anymore problems out of them I will be contacting an attorney because they aren't even holding their end of the lease. Several units in the neighborhood have been complaining about people that don't live here and have no stickers parking here for the last few months. Guess what we were told... Email us and we'll see... Yeah that's not how your job works. Either do your job or I'm quite sure after numerous complaints Showe Managgement will find someone who can. DO NOT LIVE HERE... I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND SOME PLACE ELSE TO LIVE."

"I lived at Covey Run for the year of 2013. The staff were always extremely helpful and professional from the time I moved in to the time I moved out. Whenever I had a problem at the apartment a simple work order would get maintenance out right away to fix it. The Austin Landing conveniences across the street were a major plus! Although a pool on the property would've been nice, overall I enjoyed my stay at Covey Run."
