She was very thorough when showing me around the complex and amenities, not to mention she was on a time crunch and still made me feel like The Flats were a perfect option for me! All and all I left my tour with a feeling of comfort and wholeness that you probably won't get from any other complex! Ann was great to talk to and have as my tour guide, she defiantly deserves the 5 stars!"
