"My experience with this apartment complex reached a new low when mice chewed a hole in my ceiling, allowing them to infiltrate my living space. The response from the apartment manager, Lindsey, was not only unhelpful but displayed a shocking lack of respect and understanding for the gravity of the situation. During our conversation, Lindsey showed no empathy or concern, brushing off the incident with a callous suggestion to "get over it" since my lease is ending soon. This dismissive attitude, coupled with the minimization of the mice chewing through my ceiling, reflects a disturbing lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Adding to the concerning experience, I was advised by the apartment manager, Lindsey, to be thankful for the eviction of my neighbor who violated their lease by smoking cigarettes inside. While I understand the importance of enforcing rules, the callous suggestion to express gratitude for their eviction, despite at least 8 prior complaints, struck me as insensitive and unprofessional. This revelation further underscores a lack of empathy and a management approach that prioritizes eviction over addressing longstanding issues within the community. It raises questions about the overall resident welfare and the manner in which management handles concerns, both trivializing serious issues like rodent infestations and promoting a divisive atmosphere among residents. Please pick somewhere else to give your hard earned money too. These people look at you as another dollar sign for their bank accounts."

"This is NOT an apartment i would ever want to be apart of. I thought about moving there but after talking to a tenant that recently moved out, i am so glad i didn’t. They have mice, apartments are outdated and dirty, & the property manager is a nightmare to deal with. Give your money to more deserving people."

"I love it here. When I first moved out of my parents house and out on my own, I came here for the price. Nowadays it is still an affordable option. I left after living there for 9 months, but i came back because of how wonderful my experience was. And, the whole complex is tucked away behind trees, it makes it feel secluded and close to nature. And the laundromat on site is super convenient. 10/10"
