Sycamore Creek Senior Apartments

"Sycamore creek is beautiful place but they don't have enough parking for everyone so you have to park a distance sometimes. so if your handicap it ain't going to do you any good and they only have one elevator.. the year I lived there it broke down five times so if you lived upstairs and you can't walk down the stairs then you're stuck on your floor even if we have a doctor's appointment or anything like a fire.. I had to call the fire department once to get me down stairs because I stuck upstairs for 3 hours. If you are in a wheelchair you can't get out to your back patio. if you can't stand up so that's another thing you won't be able onto the patio. so why should you have a back Patio if you can't use it. all the parking out front that Has double yellow lines to get out if your handicap is allowed for people to park in so if you handicap you can't even get out of your car or van if you need a lot of room...I'm in a wheelchair...they have one small elevator for 120 apartments. No freight elevator.. Some people bought new furniture and they couldn't even get it in the elevator or even carried upstairs and couldn't even get it in their apartment door. So something to think about before you move in. All apartments are the same. And the problems they have they're all identical apartments. They won't tell all of this to you when you try to move in ..I would think about it before you move in. The one I lived in is called Sycamore Creek apartments in Miamisburg Ohio. All Clover Apts have different names. Clover Management is in New York"

"I've lived at Sycamore Creek two years this September and I'm very happy here. Heather, the Apartment Manager, and Mark, maintenance, are very friendly and helpful. Any questions or concerns I may have are always handled with quick efficiency. The complex and grounds are kept clean and looking as well as when they first started renting. It's a warm and welcoming community."

"I wrote a review a year ago telling about my wonderful apartment. I still feel very much the same way-I love living here! I enjoy meeting and visiting with the people that I have met. I enjoy the crafts, the Bible study, getting moving and workout with some of my neighbors, and any community room activities that are going on. I feel very safe living in this facility, too. It's wonderful having everything included in the rent-write one check and DONE! Heather is wonderful, she is always on top of what is going on and takes care of us like we are her own parents. She is always busy. We find her delivering packages, vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms, etc along with all her normal office duties, showing perspective residents around, and checking in new residents! Mark is great at taking care of whatever issues there are in the apartments and throughout the building. Great staff, great place to live! The following is from a year ago------------ I moved into Sycamore Creek Senior Apartments July 1st. I love living here. Everything is brand new, facility is being well cared for, and Heather and Kenny are wonderful staff. I feel very comfortable and safe living in this apartment building."
