"Great place and the maintenance repairs were so much quicker than my current rental agency! I really miss living in campus quarters. I had to move because the deal I received when I first leased did not happen when I tried to lease again. If they have kept the price I would have stayed."

"Staff was always quick to respond and very professional. Whenever we needed anything fixed or any other issue, they handled it right away. My roommates and I had a great 2 years on their Campus Commons property, and I would definitely recommend it to other Miami students!"

"Wouldn't recommend renting. Although it is cheap in comparison to other options on campus/in the area, the maintenance staff is less than helpful/less than timely when it come to fixing issues, unless they are able to make money off of the repair. Doesn't come with any furniture aside from two couches and some barstools. Had a leak appear in the ceiling below one of the bathrooms, and they said they would fix the issue, in a timely manner, yet there was no communication with regards to timeline of when the issue would be fixed. On the other hand, when a railing fell out of the wall, they were more than eager to bring a repairman in and charge an arm and a leg to have a contractor come in and fix the problem. Money saved is not worth the hassle and other headaches."

"I wish I didn't have to write this review, but unfortunately here we are. I have no issues with this rental company with regard to pricing, location, general quality, etc. My issue is that when you need something fixed (such as our broken air conditioning in a 90 degree heat wave) they do not keep to their word on when they will have a maintenance man come by. The maintenance man has not only not come by the day he was supposed to, but I have tried to reach the office during their standard summer hours and no one has picked up multiple times. Consider somewhere else before you get sucked into a mess like this, it's so sad because I wanted to love this place and the rental company."

"DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. By far the worst experience I have ever had a rented. Save your time, money, and energy, and rent from one of the other reputable and HONEST leasing agencies in oxford. They will charge you hundreds of dollars for absolutely no reason. Parents, save your hard earned money and have your kids rent elsewhere. They are awful people to deal with, they won’t fix anything in the homes, call back, and will claim things are damaged for no reason. Save your money and avoid South Campus Quarter like the plague."
