"I'm not gonna lie this place is low rent and is meant to help people but that power is being abused horribly at the cost of people's lives. I'm not even sure this web sight is real because it lists a owner that has no interest in this place. She was brought up on false charges by a retaliatory manager and is harassed daily. The owner doesn't exist I guess"
"I've lived here since April and it isn't that bad.. Lisa is very helpful and understanding.. I stay to myself and never had a problem also my neighbor's are nice and love my daughter.. you have crime everywhere and for the cops pulling in and out it's them doing their job and making rounds to keep the "crime activity" down.. Half the people making a review on this place don't even live here.. also it don't matter what's going on outside it matters how you live in the inside."

"The people speed out of these apartments in their cars and have almost hit my fiancée and me while we were walking on the sidewalk several times. One time, someone even tried to argue with me as we walked around the front of their car because they tried to race and beat us to the road from several feet away (pedestrians on sidewalks have the right of way in Ohio). This place has had high criminal activity for several years. I've seen police cars pull into here several times. I wouldn't live here if the entire Earth was blanketed in snow and it was the last place to live."
