"The Courtyards of Miami was an amazing place to live! The apartment was updated before we moved in by the landlord Carolyn. Carolyn is the best possible landlord a person could ask for; incredibly kind, helpful, friendly, and honest. It's clear that she loves these apartments and the students that rent them. If any issue came up Carolyn was just a text or call away and the issue is fixed the same day. The apartment complex is well maintained, clean, and always being updated. The apartments are also one of the most affordable options in Oxford. I can't say enough good things about my experience living here and with my interactions with Carolyn!"
"Carolyn is literally the best landlord I've ever had. Was extremely nice, always responded to texts and calls right away. Always fixed any problems same day, or as soon as someone was available to fix them. She took the time to talk me completely through the lease and make sure I understood it before I signed, let me start moving my furniture into the apartment before my lease started, and returned my entire safety deposit fee. 10/10 wish I still lived there."
