"slumlord.... this guy has no scruples. do not trust anything he says... my friend who was going blind got swindled into an agreement on an apartment in a house that was previously condemned. the safety concerns were numerous, but she couldn't see well enough to know better. Anderson refused to fix vital utilities and treacherous doorways. he preys on people who have fewer choices, and i've heard a lot of bad stories around town. please, find yourself an alternative. good luck."
"Rents out Horrible houses and apartments. My kid fell through the floor and broke his arm because of a leak in the ceiling that I reported to Anderson after I moved in apparently its been like that for a while because the floor was rotted and I didn't notice it at first. So when my son walked across the floor and he fell through and it took Mr Anderson 2 weeks to fix the hole in the floor and patch up the roof. I'd advise anyone not to rent from him I moved out after this happened and will never rent from him again"
"My fiancé passed and I contacted him to find out how long I had to get his stuff out of the house and Anderson never gave me a date just said as soon as possible. I went the DAY AFTER he was buried and Anderson had already taken all of his stuff out of the house and “distributed to his crew”! There was a family already moving in. Absolutely the most horrible man heartless man. Went to the police department and reported it and they knew exactly who he was immediately. Said he does stuff like that allllll the time. They had nothing nice to say about him. I strongly advise you to not do business with this man. And on top of all that, there was bed bugs in the house (on hunt st) and the heat didn’t work properly."
