"The landlords husband treated us horrible. Our music was too loud one night and instead of politely asking us to turn it down he immediately began cussing and screaming at us. He came up to our car with a flashlight threatening to kick us out and call the police. After all that, he turned around and smashed his flashlight against one of the lamps right outside our door. Very unprofessional for anyone to act like that, let alone a grown man. After that situation he accused me personally of having my music too loud when my car wasn’t even on. Other than that, it’s not a bad place to live and the manager Brenda is very sweet!"
"This place the lady in there was a very cruel and bitter lady. I do not recommend this place to anyone especially if u have had a history of trauma in your life. It looked nice and everything. I could feel the hate and meaness to me which I didn't even know the lady . I just left things on a nice note even she was cruel ."
"As a guest of resident stopping in for a few moments I was treated extremely poorly but the property manager, to the point of calling the police. I was not parked in the guest parking area and the manager blocked my car in and was calling a tow truck. Then cussed at and more threats to my friend. Such a shame a person to be so threatening when a simple please move to guest parking would have been sufficient."
"This place is horrible. The landlords husband likes to harrass tenants and accuse them of doing things that are outrageous! He walks around threatening to hit people with his flashlight and yells at tenants to “go inside and shut your mouth!” Not a pet friendly place because of course the husband and maintenance people will accuse your dog of “biting and drawing blood” when nothing happens. They’ve gone as far as falsely accusing people of smoking weed in the apartment units when no such thing happens. DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will be in for unnecessary drama and harassment from the landlords husband. It’s a shame I can’t give this review no stars or even negative 5 stars."
"Nothing but problems from the start. Half the people living there are nothing but trouble. The office does nothing to solve problems. Every other week you have a notice at your door for them to enter.. They had a terrible bed bug infestation while I was there. Glad to be away from that place."
