"What a welcoming place!! We were new in town & looking for a place for our son starting school. Brittany was awesome. After touring the apartment & answering all our 100+ questions she handed us a "Welcome to Troy" packet. During the application process she was also very helpful. The apartment complex is nice & clean with quick access to shopping & grocery stores."

"I would strongly advise renting somewhere else. You can surely go somewhere else where the money is being used for how much you'll pay per month. Unfortunately, the money you spend at Towne Park does not benefit the community; it is all for show. The pool table is only for show. It's uneven and difficult to play on. When asked about fixing the pool table, they claimed they were going to re-felt it but just for the picture. The appliances are old. It appears that they do not take the time to upgrade. They simply want to ensure that the images posted online seem good. The location is the only thing this place has going for it, but you could still find a place that is truly worth your money. The worst aspect about living here was last Christmas, when every building's bottom floor flooded due to sprinklers popping. Our water supply was cut off for four days. They didn’t even tell anyone an estimated time for when it would be back. I'm glad I won't have to spend another dime here."

"I lived at Towne Park for almost 2.5 years and enjoyed my time there. You cannot beat the location, and the front office and maintenance crew are all extremely attentive and helpful. I loved the tall ceilings in my apartment and the fact that it included an in unit washer and dryer. Being able to rent a garage space was a huge perk, as was the fact that Towne Park allows (bigger) dogs! (My labradoodle enjoyed walking along the walking trail - although Towne Park provides ample waste bags and trash stations for your dog, some people unfortunately did not always avail themselves to them). Overall, Towne Park is a nice apartment complex in a wonderful location - thanks Towne Park for providing such a great place to live!"

"Best apartments in the area. The grounds are always clean and parking is always plentiful. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help out with any problems you might have. I always feel safe and secure here. Included dishwasher and cloths washer/dryer are great and really go a long way towards making it feel more like a home than an apartment. Walls are thick and I hardly ever hear the neighbors. Monthly events are great for meeting other residents."
