"They replaced the stairs but the entire balcony is rotten with boards soft as sponge in some places. They didn't even fix the stairs until multiple boards came off completely. The mold seeps in around poor-fitting windows and doors. Stove so worn that theres no settings left to read. The blinds are so old and brittle they snap off and break. People yell, fight, honk, and speed in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Mailbox is janky and hard to open. Carpet will not come fully clean."
