"I have to laugh at these reviews, only because it shows things haven't changed in 50 years. I waz just a kid but i remember constant tenant fights, over laundry schedules , whose kid wasnt invited to whose birthday party, parking spaces, any stupid thinv you can think of. My folks loaded up the uhaul and we headed back to Akron."

"Being from out of town, 2 hours out of town to be exact. We’ve traveled down to these apartments twice both times the cops where there. The first trip down was okay Janae(very dismissive to questions we asked) who gathered information and directed us to come down seemed polite until we gave here the the application fee. After we went home sent all of our information for a unit that was promise on July 1st. We traveled back down for the second time 2 and a half weeks before our move in date we were promise by Janae.Which before I gave my $1,000 security deposit I wanted to see the unit. I was told by Janae “I don’t have anything to show you I don’t know what you want me to say”. I was shocked because of the promise she made during the showing about having a apartment ready. So instead of getting upset I said “Yes ma’am I’ll be back with the $1,000 money order”. I relaid this to my girlfriend and figured with a women approach the answer may be different so she went in to deliver the security deposit. The moment she opened the door to the leasing office a red head mid aged women slammed the door said “No one is allowed in for an hour” Meanwhile Janae and a resident who lived there where arguing shortly after a police car appeared for the second time (the first time two residents where fighting in the office). So after being in a car with a toddler/infant for a two hour trip we had to wait another 30-45mins to give our deposit. When my girlfriend walked in she asked Jane nicely “ is there any similar apartments to the unit we will get that are available to see” Jane didn’t stop looking at her computer and said “ The maintenance man didn’t give me a list I don’t have anything to show you and that’s that” After those statements my girlfriend walked out. We were both disappointed because during these times we’ve worked to gain that $1000 and when someone doesn’t value our time and money then why give a security deposit that we’ve went to work for. Very sad experience."

"Been fighting with them for a month to fix the free months rent they promised. Now we have 3 days to vacate. We've havent evem been there 2 months now. One of the worst places I could imagine living. The apartments arent even worth the prices they charge, and they oversell the apartments to get you to move in. Dont do it."

"We have a 3 Bedroom Appartment & love all the room we have. The Office Girls are so helpful when or if you a question or an issue. Tino in Maintenance is awesome, very professional & when the Office gives you a time that he will be there, he is always there on time. We love it there."

"This was a joke when they called themselves remodeling these apartments. They are over priced and the staff is very rude and unprofessional. The walls are paper thin and the everything is falling apart. The outside of the apartments are very dirty and the have more than 30 units that are vacant. This whole project is a complete joke. I would never recommend this mess to anyone and if yo are reading this I suggest you bypass these projects and spend you money on something well worth $681.00. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!"
