"Based off of my own experience, I have every reason to believe that this complex is conducting renter application scams. If you don't want to lose your money, don't apply. There are better and nicer apartments all around it with way better layouts anyway. Save your money and don't fall victim like I did."

"Pros: Updated kitchen, relatively big apartments in size, secure doors, surprisingly safe neighborhood, clean and well taken of Cons: little storage, constant slamming of the heavy steel door, loud neighbors, limited parking, recurring weed smell, rent is due by the 6th, they will leave a notice to vacant by the 8th in the crack of your door, management doesn't do anything about people parking and blocking the driveway around the complex (which is only wide enough for 1 car) neighbor has 3 kids and her boyfriend living in a one-bedroom, neighbor above has terrible taste in music and throws many parties, can hear the neighbors argue, did l mention the constant door slamming. It's constant! Every time someone comes in and when someone leaves. Loud constant door slamming! Oh and the weed is bad too! Been living here for 10 months and I'm excited to leave when my lease is up! The apartments aren't the issues it's the the neighbors!"
"Terrible apartments. First floor bedrooms flood with heavy rain, bathrooms constantly backup with sewage water ect. We are moving to newer apartments next week. Mgmt has already approved our move without paying two months rent to get out of our lease. Would NOT recommend."
