"New management are absolutely outrageous! No regard for people who are handicap, or disabled. Rent would increase to $200.00 a month if you don't sign a lease. A new stove, refrigerator is not worth it. They still have drugs going on! People group together no masks during this time of Covid. Police always out for some reason or another. You don't want to rent from these people. Bad news. I give them zero ratings."
"Very nice apartments a friend of mine stays there the only problem I see is one of the tenants in a tan Lincoln selling drugs in the lot and drives like an idiot through the lot almost hit my truck"
