"BEWARE: Most reviews are for the PREVIOUS OWNER. I moved here after doing a TON of shopping around, Linda (the previous property manager) was incredible. She was warm & welcoming. Always answered the phone. Remembered you and things about you, etc...Everything you would want in a property manager. Then it changed hands and the experience could not be more polar opposite. The current owner is horrible. Faceless corporate owner. The property manager that they put in place when they took over is also horrible. She is very hard to get in touch with, rarely is in the office the times she states she will be, and is very abrasive when you finally DO get in touch with her. Maintenance is also incredibly slow and messy. They leave debris in the parking lots, buildings, and rooms while they work."
