"I lived here from 2005-2009, I know that was some years ago, but I had a pretty good run here. Everyone was really nice, and they were good about fixing things. I lived in 2 different units, one in A building which was a ground floor unit and in C which was a 2nd story unit. Both 1 bedrooms. The neighbors in C building were wonderful. My advice is go for the 2nd floor, less money and more secure, plus no one above you. The only reason I left was because I bought a condo, as the housing market was in a slump in 2009 and it made more sense to purchase something and build up equity. Decent place."

"The staff is awful and don’t explain nothing to you. All the care is about how to rip you off. Anybody who wants to live here before you fill out the application make sure what u signing for because they took my 900 dollar and I didn’t even move in this place. They kept me waiting and than when I found a new place told me that my application is approved and that all the fees are non refundable. One of the girl who manages this place and shows that place is Anna and she is desperate to get the place rented and don’t explain nothing to u, she cares about her commission and nothing else. This place is the biggest scam please be aware."

"I have lived here for the last 3 years and really happy with my apartment. Yes it’s a little out dated and there’s no dishwasher but my rent is good especially with the area around us is growing by the minute. Everything is so close and the complex is quiet. I feel very safe."

"I gave this place one star because of the residents (zero if not for them). I have lived in this complex for six months. I was never told that heating is a separate charged that is shared with all building residents. With that, I complained about not receiving heat only to have superficial maintenance visits where my heat still sat just above 60 degrees when it was dead cold outside. The windows are awful and I had to personally fill them with tissue and tape in ALL of the rooms to stop outside air flow. The property manager (Matt) takes forever to respond (if he does). I complained to someone that Matt hadn't responded for weeks and she told me it's because he manages 5 properties (as an excuse). Uh, no. I put in a request to break my lease early because of all of their negligence and they still informed me that I would have to pay more than a $1,300 fee + rent for an additional two months. The people who live there are great and friendly, but the property leadership is horrible. I will never rent from these people again."
