"This place is most definitely the worse building to live in even if you have low income I wouldn’t recommend this place!! I PRAY they get shut down..they’re not secure so ANYONE can come in. They don’t tell you that the place is invested with roaches, bedbugs, spiders n mold!…the apartments are worse the cabinets fall off, there’s holes in the walls, doors, and bathroom floors. They don’t prep the apartment for new tenants, if it’s damaged the maintenance will take forever to fix it or don’t at all..when we moved here it was for temporary until I got enough for a better spot..but living here is pure torture..and the people that stay here make it no better their loud, smoking, playing loud music, fighting, shooting and police are always here. People smoke in here so much the walls are yellow when it’s supposed to be a cream white. When you take a shower the steam melts the cigarette oils and it drips on you while you shower! It’s so gross that’s not even all that’s wrong with this place. Parents here can’t control their kids and pull the fire alarms that are so very loud so everyone gets up for no reason so now we can’t tell if it’s a real fire or not….i hope this place shuts down and the lawsuit is true because the staff and management CLEARLY doesn’t care about their company or residents if I could put 0 stars I would."

"Neighbors get to freely harass other tenants because management "doesn't know what to do" and will ignore your pleas for help. As a result, I can't sleep and my health condition will continue to worsen until I'm able to move. "DO NOT APPLY! The current property manager attitude is terrible! She gets annoyed every single time you ask for help and it's a gamble whether or not if she'll do anything. I'm sure her job is difficult but it shouldn't be stressful to enter to the office OF WHERE YOU LIVE. An employee with more patience and professionalism is greatly need here. Don't apply unless it's your absolutely last choice."

"This place is a joke. Those pictures are from when the building was 1st built or something. Cause the pictures thats up. Dont nothing over here look like that. This place is a dump. So those pictures are false advertisement. They don't clean the building. Its garbage in the garage shute from the 1st floor to the 8th floor. Smell like we living in a big trash can. I would advise no one to move here. And they main concern is to fix up the outside and around the outside of the building when the inside is a stinky mess. The only thing this place is missing is the Condemned sign. This building needs to be shut down until they get it together."

"How in the world can you not get housing from one low income apartments but you on the waiting list thats has been approved i just dont understand i just feel like its not right to be rejected by one low income but approved by another this is low income housing people. People are homeless struggling to make it and convenant house apartments is worried about a number if its high or low ITS JUST WRONG PEOPLE HOMELESS OUT HERE.. THANKS FOR NOTHING CORPORATE OFFICES IS NOT RIGHT VERY POOR SERVICES!!!!"
