"Delivered instacart there, it's trasy, smells bad, and had roaches run across the floor while walking. Not well kept. Hopefully Toledo Health Dept steps in. This place is deplorable."
"Hi, and Happy New Year's, well I need a job, I asked if they are hiring people to help clean up. The woman said yes, but I would need a round trip ticket. I'm sure everything will work out and be ok. Toledo is a strong community, who has helped plenty of people, mmm such a sad thing to hear and see about them apartments."
"Nasty and watch out for people that pee in the elevators. Roaches in EVERYYY apartment!"
"Seems dirty. Always people standing outside. There are bed bugs in the building and the do not take care of the apartments."
"First visit i had did have bad odor in hall/elevator it was around the holidays. I came back a couple of weeks later and it has been cleaned. So they may have gotten new maintenance or whoever was causing the issues taken care of. The building is quiet now way better than what it used to be."
