"I would never recommend this place to anyone. Can't wait to move, coach roaches, bed bugs , elevator broke down for 3wks, and it down again, only been wk between, I gave them 1 star only cuz can't give 0"
"When I went to sign the lease the staff were very helpful and understanding and that day I received my keys, I didn’t have to wait for them to clean the apartment. When I saw the apartment it was very clean and nothing needed to be done to make it livable, they had repainted the walls and replaced the floors in the kitchen and the bathroom. When something stopped working they made sure that I had someone there to fix it that afternoon. I have had a very pleasant experience so far and I am glad I chose to apply and start to live here. It is also very secure which suits my needs well and so far the neighbors are quite and keep to themselves which I also do which suits me as well."
"im writing this review bc it needs to be said, anyways, ill edit this when i feeel like i need to say the honest things about this place... they r nice apts but management arent very nice... it was better 3 yrs ago now itve gotten worse"
"If i knew what I know now about renting an apartment here I would think twice. No one deserves to live in a hot ass,rat/ bedbug infested apartment with poor management that clearly don't give a damn about their tenants. Other than that the location is perfect , right on the busline and grocery stores,mall, and hospital are right up the street. The rent isn't bad because it's based on income. And its about a 35 minute walk to the downtown area. Everyone's experience is different if you still decide to move here i really do hope that your experience is better than mine. Good luck."
