"Professional and friendly. Office is very nice, welcoming. Update all lies. They expect me to pay 2000 a month plus water. Forced into a new lease when it was time to move. Maintenance allways have nasty attitudes. Inflation my behind. This is not Chicago its boring Toledo. Upon my Google search I found 3 bedrooms nice neighborhood for 800 a month. Hmmm is this do to the decline in student enrollments and financial difficulties of University Of Toledo. Or is this just selfish greed of University Of Properties. Don't fall for this, please. We all have to live in the this world together. Don't be tricked and suffer like my family. I have a disabled child they don't care. They don't care what happens to anyone. We are being controlled my this system. We have stand up and say no. Not now when."

"Absolutely terrible landlords. Landlord never answer calls, any maintenance requests we submitted took weeks to fix or they weren't even done. Houses are disgusting with mold and bugs everywhere. I have never been more stressed with my living situation. Will be happy to move somewhere else very shortly. Please, rent somewhere else."

"To start off with the good, the actual maintenance guys are awesome and super helpful. For the bad, the management is very bad and repeatedly ignore requests for removing a 10ft x 10ft pile of trash from the old tenants on our property when we were moving in. Literally took 4 weeks and a threat to call the health department for them to act on this. Also, when it snowed very heavily, we were told their plow truck was broken and they only came to salt our driveway after repeated requests and phone calls, which did nothing as our cars were stuck for 3+ days since there was so much snow. They also promised new floors when we were touring, and did not do this. I don't care about getting new floors, but the fact they lied to us is the disappointing part. They also emailed us in October and gave us only two days to renew our lease (which would start late July) before they rush to let someone else sign. All of these show they do not care about their tenants, only the money they collect after they do not provide services promised in the lease to their tenants. Do not rent from them unless you are okay with being an afterthought and endure a year of frustration and disappointment."

"Horrible landlords. Only care about the money. Not the wellbeing of the students. Multiple calls to them unreturned and if you did get someone the response you got everytime you called was "the manager is on vacation. " Absolutely refused to work with us or The University of Toledo Legal Services when other tenants on the lease with her violated terms of the lease to the point of my daughters mental and physical well being suffered extreme damage We asked for her to be moved to another unit. No. We asked for her to be let out of her lease. No. I would NOT recommend this apartment leasing company to ANY University of Toledo parents or students. ZERO STARS IF I DIDNT HAVE TO PUSH ONE STAR TO POST!!!"

"Typical college style apartments. Fairly nice. But they should clean up by their dumpsters; there is sooooo much trash/debris/pollution getting into this nice creek that divides the property making it hard for wildlife to traverse. A full shopping cart of trash! The picture barely shows the whole truth to the amount there is."
