"Lived here for a year and apartment was infested with roaches, took 3 months for them to come out and exterminate and the extermination process was sticky traps being set to get rid of them lol. Outside has mouses running around 1 ran inside my unit before vacating. And also if your on Section8 move when Boulder Creak says move otherwise they keep your deposit!"
"I absolutely LOVED living here. I had to move back to Michigan (Detroit suburbs), and I dream of finding an apartment property that comes close to how well I had it at Christie Corners. The property is cozy, nestled in a residential area, close to UT and I-475, the perfect location for getting just about anywhere. I had a spacious 2 bedroom, HUGE kitchen, at a rental price you can't beat! The property was managed by the sweetest couple I have ever met (this was back in 2001). The apartment I had was immaculate. I never had any problems while living here. There was a slight issue with cars having windows broken out/getting broken into for stereos and speaker equipment, but I had an average car that was nothing special, and had nothing special, so I had no problems at all. I would give anything to find the same type of property in the area I am in now! Nothing comes close."
