They keep the place up to date and very neat. I’ve had my fair share of landlords and I can admit this was the best living experience I have had."

"I could not be more pleased. Love the spacious size and wonderful amenities. Best decision I have made in a very long time. Staff cares, not just a job for them. The large pool is calling my name in a few short weeks. The lobby of the tower building on the lot is under renovation soon to feature a water fountain with landscaping. I was on a wait list but it was a short duration of only two weeks from my tour of the property with Will to signing the lease (unheard of)! I have a balcony which I make use of daily welcoming sunrises splendid in their vibrancy. I am blessed with washer and dryer appliances a few feet away from the door of my unit and I pay only 2.50 in quarters total for both machines. Location is great for short distances to all things necessary including restaurants and Target as well as Krogers (though I recommend Aldi's). lol. Can't wait for that pool!"

"My husband & I’s stay was amazing. We rented a two bedroom apartment. It was spacious, modern, up to date light fixtures, appliances, and well kept building in all. The trash chute and laundry room are very easy access and convenient. Very quiet building and neighboring tenants are amazing! But most importantly Will & Ryan w/ their team are amazing people. Helpful, kind and down to earth. If it wasn’t for our personal want for our own home - we wouldn’t have left. We will miss the people and very affordable living! Sip & Brew across the street is also amazing and convenient for all your morning riser needs. Will make our way there still for sure!"

"Great price for an apartment! I loved that the heat and air conditioning was included in the rent which kept utilities bills low. Best price I could find when looking. Apartment was clean and well maintained. The entrance to building was being remodeled as I was leaving. Management is great to work with - very responsive and friendly. Security even came to my apartment (for safety reasons) when I was showing a stranger a couch that I was selling through Craig’s List. Washer and dryer for each floor, and a swimming pool. I worked long hours and didn’t get to know the other tenets well, but the people I did meet were always friendly."
