"This is a business facility that combines commercial and residential space consisting of 28 floors. The top 10 floors are dedicated to condo style apartments with great views of downtown Toledo Ohio. They have front desk security combined with key fobs for elevator access and building access after 6PM. Residents have 2 dedicated elevators. There is also an attached covered garage for a monthly fee. The heating and cooling is supplied by a heat pump with electric backup. The office manager is friendly and professional."
"Am wondering what has come of the restaurant and shops that were to occupy the top floor? There has been 0 media coverage since the renovation was complete. I used to live at Riverfront back from 2010-2016 and was there when the pipes burst and it was all vacant in the promenade and structure and asbestos remediation was being done. It was thought nobody in the region would be willing to spend the money it would take to fix up a long vacant office high rise with burst pipes. Glad to see its back but you dont hear anything about the proposed roof top restaurant anymore."
"The Tower on the Maumee was by far my favorite place to live during my time in Toledo. The views of the city from this high rise were breathtaking. Facing the west side, you can enjoy views of Fifth Third Field and absolutely stunning sunsets over the city. It is located in the heart of downtown Toledo, within walking distance to all the entertainment, such as bars, restaurants, parks, sporting events, etc. Most importantly, the on-site staff members were so kind and attentive to your needs. I would recommend The Tower on the Maumee to anyone looking for luxury living in Toledo!"
"Tower on the Maumee is the best place to live in the Greater Toledo area. It's ideally located right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of Fifth Third Field, SeaGate Convention Center, Imagination Station, and many bars and restaurants. The building has amazing views of the surrounding area, including the Maumee River and Toledo's two beautiful bridges that go over it. Depending on the angle, you can even see Lake Erie and some of Michigan. The office staff are friendly and professional; they went above and beyond to welcome me to the Tower and helped make my transition moving from out-of-state as smooth as possible. Highly recommended!"
