"Management does not seem to handle water issues appropriately. woke up one morning to my bathroom floor full of smelly water. I submitted an emergency maintenance ticket regarding this issue and notified them of a possibly leak from above me. No one reach out or responded to my ticket and it was only until the next week I had went down to the office to notify them. No apology, no sense of urgency, as if it is normal for their tenants to wake up with nasty water on their floor. Maintenance came to look a couple times, and one of the times he came back and ripped off some of my ceiling and did not bother to clean up the mess. He said he would come back on a specific day to fix this and no one ever came back. Pieces of the dry wall began to fall off on me while getting ready at my sink. My bathroom was left with an odor from this issue. Besides the issues with my water, hallways always smell like garbage due to people leaving their trash in the hallway. No real enforcement of the trash rules and only leaving it out during trash pick up times ***EDIT AFTER THEIR RESPONSE*** It wasn’t until after I had moved out that the maintenance team tried to get a hold of me to gain access to my apartment. No other time except 1 was I asked for permission to enter. The expectation of paying over $1000 in rent in those conditions is laughable."

After all, who wouldn't want to finish exercising in record time just to escape that toxic space? It's all part of their innovative approach to fitness, ensuring you sprint through your routine, not for health, but in the pursuit of fresh air. Commendable, really – I've never been so motivated to get the hell out of a gym before! And last but certainly not least, the employees - the epitome of professionalism and customer service! Their consistently bad attitudes are truly awe-inspiring. It's remarkable how they manage to maintain a level of apathy that would impress even the most seasoned experts. Their talent for ignoring emails and their questionable phone etiquette really is a masterclass in communication. Kudos for your unwavering commitment in making every interaction a truly memorable experience!"
