"****UPDATE (to my previous update)**** Update to my previous update: They let trash move in here and the people across the hall literally had maintenance in there spraying for bugs. Then, they left sticky traps on the floor in the hallway. They were COVERED with roaches. Tonight when getting in the shower, there was a large roach in the bathroom. We have never had roaches here in 5 years. Where there is one, there are more. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. We are planning on seeing about breaking our lease. This place has been become pure filth and we still have no onsite management. (Previous review) Today there was a tornado warning and the power went off. There are NO WORKING BACKUP LIGHTS in the entire third and second floor hall. The same was true two years ago when the power went out. So not only do they cut corners and expect higher rent payments, they could care less about the tenants safety. We were told two years ago the buzzers and intercom system would be fixed and it still doesn’t work which has caused us to have to sprint downstairs to get packages before the delivery people drive away—imagine how much that hinders residents that can barely walk. Also, we hoped nobody’s windows got broken in the storm, because we’ve had a large crack in one of ours since January (and we were told it would be fixed months ago). Basically, the owners of this place love to collect higher rent while not providing any updates to account for it. The elevator has been broken for four days now, the parking garage floods all the time. The idiot tenants this place brings in can’t read simple directions. Someone’s dog crapped in the entryway and they just left it. We’ve had two neighbors across from us move in and be evicted in the span of a month. The neighbors down the hall had exterminators in to spray for roaches. This place sucks. They still advertise “secure entry”. We haven't had a locking entry door for two years. We still have no intercom system that works, or the ability to buzz in guests (which is moot because now anyone can come right into the building). This strikes me as odd, since they've raised rent. What is all this extra revenue going towards? It's definitely NOT building improvements."

"They kick people out for no reason. They don't fix anything in the apartment. When I was living there with my husband and two kids. They never fix bath,dishes wash , ac . Don't live there."

"The elevator is not working. It has been 2 weeks as of yesterday. No one on site. It is 4 flights of steps when your car is in the garage. Several elderly people are being impacted. Rents increased and maintenance/management on site decreased."

"The elevator has been out for 2 weeks now. I've called the NEW manager and maintenance number 4 times. No one has called me back. This place takes your rent but can't call you back. They can't even clean the garage out after having 6 inches of flooding. Debris all over the garage. It's truly sickening. I'm disabled and so are others. They are staying at other places because they can't do the stairs. I can't do the stairs either. Why can't the manager at least tell us what is going on. If there were minus stars to give this place I would. No communication on their end."

"Lived here around 2013 and I loved it. The apartment was quiet and clean. Perfect for one person. A few things I didn't love was the main door was not locked and anyone can walk in. The dumpster constantly was over filled by strangers dumping and they never did anything about it. IE: cameras... warnings.. etc. The parking lot did not have cameras. But honestly I loved this space and it's about as good as you can expect for a an apartment."
