"Let me explain something. Those posts stating nice quiet area, that's funny, repairs done in a timely manner, thats gut busting funny. The pizza delivery guy isn't allowed to get out of his car to bring you the pizza, must meet him at their car in the parking lot. Robbed one to many times company policy pizza place set. 6 months water poured in the closed window before it was repaired. Baseboard heater never worked in one room and never did get repaired. Washer and dryer area usually broke. Location approximately 1/8mile from water treatment plant. Need I keep going."
"It's not luxury living but it's not a bad place to live. My son and I have been living here for 5 years and the current staff is wonderful. Maintenance is quick to tend to your needs. Also, it's located in the Point Place area of Toledo which is nice."
"I went to tour this property as a prospective tenant. While I was waiting in the leasing office. Two different people, from two different buildings had come in to complain about the mold still not being removed from their units. One tenant was withholding rent and was quite obstinate. The other tenant was going through court proceedings due to lack of rent payment due to the mold. I left here so fast there may be tire tracks left behind ! Beware. New management does not mean remodeled units. I expressed my concerns to the leasing agent and she replied with a thank you for your interest. The hallways look sticky, smell gross and are dirty as hell. Do better, Point Place."
"I love my apartment here. Sure everything isn't top of the line but it is very spacious. After all, a home is what you make it. I like the management and the maintenance guys, and they have always been very sweet to my children and myself. I feel safe here and I intend on staying for years to come. I have already been a tenant for 2 years as well. I just thought to post a better review than the previous review because whomever decided to write them mean things about the property and management were purely just upset about something and had taken it too far saying those things. They have earned my loyalty and respect without a doubt and deserve the credit where credit is due."
