"The gentleman on the crew are great! & just that perfect gentleman! Very polite when they visit on time! Go above and beyond to accommodate my needs! When they say end of business day they mean that! I also went had to run an errand just around the corner and they called me to ask if I walked they were going to wait and make sure I got home safe and didn’t want to leave my apartment unlocked. Very kind crew!"

"It's been a long 6 years here in andover I did not have the best experience with maintenance or management when I first moved in here nothing was getting done about my maintenance issues.Since they have changed maintenance men and management I see such a huge change from the flood issues getting taken care of ,all maintenance issues have been resolved very friendly staff and even got the pool open this year !!!! Thank you so much to the management and special shout-out to the maintenance guys for keeping their word and bringing my apartment up to code !!!!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE !! Leasing agents are terribly unprofessional, and maintenance does nothing. Have had leaks in my only bathroom since moving in, 18 work orders later and I don't have a ceiling in my bathroom. Leaky pipes are still there, causing us to now have a MOLD problem I suspect is building-wide. DO NOT MOVE HERE it is unsafe. security door to the building never locks, the leasing office will try to gaslight you, and the maintenance team(s) (they have a huge turnover rate!!) dont know what the hell theyre doing."

"Terribly unprofessional, When I moved in, my living room blinds were broken, the mailbox is broken, the downstairs security door does not lock even after they “fixed” it, my shower handles are the opposite than they should be. I had no screen in my living room window, my blinds in my bedroom were not set up correctly they were simply balancing on the brackets, my bathroom door would not close due to the amount of times they painted over it. My front door was missing the strike plate, and they refuse to change the locks unless I pay for it even though they can not show proof that they changed them before I moved in, and due to the fact that many other things were not done to standard I suspect the door was not changed correctly. I feel insecure in my own home and that is not ok. Do Not move here."

"I moved into Andover Apartments this past March 2023 - during that transition Andover replaced their management team and the new staff is the best I've dealt with during all my years of living in apartments. Amanda, Mike and Jessica are professional, personable and easy to talk with. I had 2 maintenance issues and they (including their maintenance personal) exceeded my expectations when resolving those issues. I am an Affordable Housing tenant and that makes no difference to staff. If you want to live in an apartment complex where the staff wants you to be there, this is it!"
