"I loved here for a year and as my first place it was nice, let me start with the good, my neighbors were always very friendly when we did communicate, maintenance communicates very well and does the job quick and easy, the manager handles situations fairly and reasonably. For one person being on 2 properties she works very efficiently. The only bad I can say is more about the area. It's no where near the worst however there were certain instances that had us a little worried. But you can have that anywhere. Certainly a great First apartment for first time renters."
"I have lived here for the past two years and I genuinely love it more each day. The apartments are amazing, the area is clean and everyone that works for the apartment is amazing. Extremely friendly people who are all amazing at their job, responsive, and care about all of the occupants. Honestly a great place for people just starting out living on their own and by themselves, or for older people who have families. This place is a gem for sure."
"Excellent all around with zero complaints, the location to the University of Toledo, gyms, grocery stores, exc is all within minutes. Maintenance is timely and very helpful, both outside and inside apartments well kept. Apartments shown are exactly what you get, no bait and switch. Property manager- Latoya Harris is extremely good as all paperwork and requests are handled in a timely and professional manner, all while managing to accommodate to best ability. Nothing bad to say after living here for a year and a half!"
"I lived at Ottawa Landings apartments for a couple of months while doing an internship in Toledo. The experience was great! Latoya, the property manager, was a great help and made the move-in and out process a breeze. She was very fast at responding and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was truly a good one. I would highly recommend this apartment complex."
"I lived here for several years and greatly enjoyed my time here! The units are lovely with new appliances, well maintained with incredibly responsive maintenance. The location was also great for commuting in the Toledo area, being just a few minutes from UT, UTMC, and more. Latoya in the office was always incredibly helpful and wonderful to talk with. I would definitely recommend this complex to students and other people who are looking for a decent place to live and be able to quickly commute in the area."
