"My relative (who is HVAC certified) applied for a Matinence Position here and ended up getting the job. When he showed up 15 minutes early for his shift, ALL employees were 5 minutes late. His Co-Workers had overgrown facial hair, untucked shirts, and smelled of cigarettes. Dust is matted in the vents of the leasing office, Appliance partes were scattered in the leasing office, Water Hoses were still attached to the buildings in the middle of January, Water lines run through the attics. None of the maintenance workers knew proper terminology or the names of the parts. My relative fixed a tenent's refrigerator, played in drywall and insulation, collected 15 gallons of water from a busted water pipe in the attic and was told "We don't need you here" after working 6 hours for the Slumlords. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BORDERLINE ILLEGAL! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"
"Went there as a employee, worked almost all day and got let go the same day. Lol what a joke"
"Not worth it. They cut out ac all throughout early fall and winter and your apartment turns into a sauna to the point where it’s unlivable. They also don’t turn on the ac into a month after summer starts so your apartment can literally get up to 100 degrees it’s ridiculous. I’m so happy my lease is about to end because I can’t take it anymore. Oh and also they don’t open the pool in the summer and those public washer and dryers don’t even work!! Lots and lots of crime as well. Not worth it just save and move somewhere better!!"
"The property managers and maintenance guys are great, but AC does not work. Unfortunately, the temporary fixes are just TEMPORARY and a hot day outside means a hot day inside your unit as well. To make matters worse, you pay the apartment for AC which doesn't work ($30/month). Again, the people who work here are great, but the apartments are old and recurrent issues with AC, hot water and they still expect you to pay every month for these."
