"I love my apartment and Chelsea Place is a beautiful property. Office staff is very nice! Maintenance does a awesome job of keeping everything clean and in order. The gym is open 24/7 which works well with my schedule. There is also a theater room in the clubhouse which is really cool! I would recommend Chelse Place to everybody!"
"Absolutely horrendous management. Not willing to listen to concerns, instead become very argumentative when bringing up issues with the property. They keep replacing their property manager, and each one seems to be worse than the prior. Their management is the epitome of unprofessionalism and incompetence. Look elsewhere for an apartment before even considering renting here. Maintenance staff takes 1+ month to respond to requests. Gym is very rundown. Dumpster in the front looks absolutely horrendous with garbage overflowing on more days than not. Rent going up substantially each year. Take your money and business and go elsewhere. Buy your peace of mind."
"Beautiful , classy place, quite, friendly , clean well updated. Has pool and movie theater ,dog park And close to everything. I go to visit my grandsons.. Only down fall no playground for the kids. That's hard when you're 7 and want to go outside to play or ride your bike. More for couples and single looking for upper class neighborhood with convince ."
