"Chateau Monroe Apartments are awful. I had mold issues, I was in a basement apartment. They were never resolved, the mold kept coming back. They tried to keep my deposit. There was a mom with a newborn baby who couldn't even stay in her apartment because of the mold. She paid her rent every month and couldn't even live there. Think twice about moving into Chateau Monroe Apartments."
"I've lived here for a couple of years now and I couldn't have chosen a better place. The property manager, Bethany, always goes above and beyond for her tenants and is quick to help you out when you are in need. It's a nice, quiet complex with friendly neighbors, which make it feel like home!"
"Let me start by saying I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in the Toledo/Sylvania area. Chateau Monroe has been by far the best experience I’ve had. It’s quiet, secure, and the neighbors are all very respectful. I also can’t say enough positive things about the manager Bethany and the maintenance guys Doug and Dan. Bethany is always professional and listens to your needs as a resident. This is a positive change from what I am used to. The maintenance crew is respectful of your schedule and things are fixed in a timely manner. The location is great as well. You are within 3-5 minutes of literally anything you will need. I am happy to call this place my home and I can’t recommend it enough!"
"Chateau Monroe is the first place I have been able to say is my home. Bethany was excellent through the entire leasing process and has been just as great since. She works hard and it’s obvious she cares about her tenants. The property is well taken care of, neighbors are quiet, and amenities are more than I could ask for. I feel safe and secure and am proud to be a resident of Chateau Monroe."
