"here’s the review they’ve beg me to input. don’t move here. i’ve lived here for less than 2 months and already am wondering where im moving to next. first and foremost, the unit was dirty. definitely not move-in ready. closet doors don’t operate. stove eye doesn’t work. dishwasher doesn’t work. the hot water never gets hot. you’ll be in the shower, shivering. be prepared to have a personal handy man to fix things. cleanliness (or lack thereof) is a mix between the buildings not being maintenanced often enough and the residents themselves not caring about the place they call home in the in-between time. slightly ghetto. there’s people blasting music all the time, but i’ll take that over gun shots. if you have other options, choose them. if this is your last resort then it’ll do, but please be aware you’re settling for the very very bare minimum. having a balcony is nice, though. as well as the playground if you can make it there without stepping in dog poop. oh. and there’s cameras that actually work as well as security that patrols through the night which is also nice."

She made us feel welcome, and it was a easy choice on where to stay! Sunnydale offers security presence, and our apartment is spacious and nice for the amount of rent. Happy to be here."

"My roommate and I signed our lease on the first of the month and we’ve already ran into some issues. At first everything was going well and had no problems whatsoever and our agent was lovely. Now here comes the issues. Firstly our outlets in our apartment are loose and anything we plug into them have been wiggly and falling out of the outlet. I have spoken with my leasing agent and they had promised me that maintenance would be out to fix it and gave me days that they would show.(they never did) Secondly within the first week and a half of living here my car was ransacked. Scratched all around my drivers side door from someone trying to get into it. Brought this up to my agent and she said that she had filed a police report but I have not heard back about the issue since. Lastly while they were renovating the apartment above mine there was all of a sudden a leak coming from upstairs which then turned into a downpour from the upstairs bathroom into our own and now we have significant water damage. This happened on a Friday and during office hours. My roommate and I both called the emergency maintenance line 3-4 times, our leasing agent, and the office phone numbers all with no answer from anyone!! I reached back out to my leasing agent come Monday and I was told they would be out that day to fix my ceiling. Maintenance never came, texted my agent and was told they would be out the next day in the morning. Still have yet to show and I have been waiting around all day for them on all days they were said to come out and fix these issues. We cannot use our shower because the condensation would seep into the cracks and get everything wet and in order to fix the ceiling everything needs to be dry otherwise it would be a botched job. I’m about ready to just fix it myself and ask to be reimbursed !!!! Though I know full well that I wouldn’t be. I understand these things take time and there are other issues at hand that also need to be fixed but I need my shower which is a basic necessity !! I’ve had to resort to showering at my gym which is not ideal. I would much rather shower in the privacy of my own home. I try to be as patient and as understanding as I can but it’s running very thin at this point in time."

"I can’t believe I ever moved into this place my first apartment here was amazing until we constantly got leaks coming though our ceiling not only in the apartment but in the hallway too I asked them almost every week if they were gonna fix it and nothing ever was done the entire year I lived there instead they put a big trash can in the hallway blocking our entrance to our door and on top of it the carpet always smelled like mildew. Now fast forward to now we rented out a second apartment thinking it was gonna be better nope ! They moved us into a unit with horrible carpet stains carpet is also torn in certain places our bathtub has paint peeling looks like an lived in apartment that was never cleaned I had to scrub apartment from head to toe because that’s just how horrible of a job they did at getting our apartment ready and for the cherry on top the building keys they gave us didn’t even open the building door we were renting had to call emergency maintenance because we couldn’t get into our apartment when we got home from work. Ac also went out in this apartment and it took them 7 days to even come look at it and when they did they not only left my door unlocked but the knobs that go to the ac were scattered on the floor and moved my living room chair and couldn’t even have the decency to put it back had to wait until my other half got home to put everything back ! Worst place ever and hallways always stink the housekeeper I only see once every 5 months!"
