"I lived here from 5-15-2023 to 9-8-2023, as a temporary living situation, as I sold a home and needed a place to live until I could buy a new one. Hayle in the office was awesome! very nice person. The Good- People were fairly respectful and minded their own business and also were good about not parking in each other's spaces by their apartment, I appreciated that greatly. The place was fairly quiet and was nicely landscaped. The units had W&D hook up's, a big selling point for me. Studios don't but 1br's do. Things that need work- Bathtub needs to be reglazed or replaced, in bad shape. Flooring needed to be replaced. Unit could of used a dishwasher. The place was dirty when I moved in and needed a deep clean. Behind the stove and fridge was very dirty as was the oven. My last couple of weeks living there, I had an issue with a Yellowjacket nest outside my door and I never quite got the issue resolved. Overall, the experience was good and for a temporary living situation it worked."

"I would NOT recommend Timbercreek Apartments to ANYONE, friend or foe. Rent is high for such an outdated apartment with wallpaper and popcorn ceilings, grass is cut only once a week and even then it isn't cut short enough and is back to being 9 in tall after a good rain spell before it is time tor it to be cut again. Snow removal is sucks. Wanda must hire people she knows or hires them for cheap. Sidewalks flood if there's a heavy rain. Gutters overflow because they are not cleaned as they should be with all the trees around. Weird neighbors can be everywhere but here, it is like Wanda seeks them out and lease to them. Timbercreek is not like it was when I first lived here 1999/2000. They are not worth the $580+pet fees+"utilities". These apartments are all electric and not energy efficient. You either freeze in the winter or burn up in the summer. You are better off renting in Sylvania or Perrysburg or anywhere else but here."

"I lived in Timbercreek Apartments for 1 year (9/13 - 9/14) and moved out this past September (2014). Here is my account of the stay: The only good thing about this place was the friendly neighbors, but aside from that there was literally nothing else positive about my experience living there. The rent is VASTLY OVERPRICED compared to other apartment complexes in the area, the maintenance crew never seemed to fix my garbage disposal that didn't work from the time I moved in, and the WALKWAYS TO AT ALL THE BUILDING WOULD FLOOD with very little amounts of rain that made for a dangerous walk to your car if there ever happened to be a chance of showers. So after trekking through a muddy flood to get to my apartment door during the rainy days, I was unpleasantly hit with a bill to replace the carpets upon move out. There is a constant influx of bugs (due to the thick wooded area surrounding the place) that overrun the apartment complex making it very difficult to have guests over. It wouldn't be as badly infested if someone took 5 min to trim some of the excessive nature. During my one year stay, I also found it very difficult to stay in consistent contact with the property manager, Wanda, as she was frequently not on site during regularly scheduled business hours which made it very difficult to address many of the concerns I had with the apartment. Then she also had the nerve to speak badly of her residents to other residents which is just plain childish.... Watch out because they lure you in with 0$ deposit and then never truly hold up their end of the lease agreement with regular maintenance and other amenity upkeep. Overall I would give this place 1/10 and do not recommend anyone living there unless ALL the other places in Toledo have been filled... Nate Resident 09/13-09/14"

"Timbercreek is literally the worst complex I have ever lived in. The walls are paper thin. The way the layout is set up is family room, bedroom etc. So when your tryin to sleep you can hear everything your neighbors are dong in their living room. No land scaping ever. Its an embarrassment to have people over. Bugs are very bad due to the overgrowth of the trees they never trim either. They let it get so bad people wont be able to walk down the sidewalk to get to there place. My neighbors have 5 pets all of which are very loud in a one bedroom. I can smell the odor from the sidewalk as I walk past there place. There rent prices are very steep for the quality of this place. REALLY STEEP! They get you with the 200 dollare deposit so if your desperate at the time it gets you, which is non refundable. They went to the needy a lot, which is fine. But they thrive off late payments. You get charged $50 on the fourth and then like $75 on the 15th. then your out on the 30th. They are not flexable at all, ever! Its just not worth it."
