"Honestly in love with these apartments. I've never really been in a place where the staff actually cares. The maintenance guy, Garth, is awesome. Whenever it has snowed, hes always been out to shovel the sidewalks and the walk up to your apartment. Charlene works at the front office for leasing, and is one of the nicest people I've worked with for an apartment complex. Shes understanding and a good person who is willing to work with circumstances you may find yourself in. The apartments themselves are nice. Washer/dryer hookups with dishwasher/stove/fridge all in unit. Not to mention a breakfast bar, with a built in bookcase. As a girl who has loads of books, that was a relief. I just fell in love with the property, and honestly I'm glad to have been here."

"This apartment is well maintained and has a great neighborhood. Me and my husband lived here for more than 2 years. For whatever reason we had move to other apartment. and now i realize how much we miss Charlene (Manager). She gave us a great service with great attitude. I really miss living in this place because where i am living now currently doesn't have a good management. Thank you Charlene. We miss you."

"This place is well maintained and the property manager (Ms. Charlene) is very helpful. The maintenance requests were responded very quickly. Also, the running and walking trail is just a steps away. I would recommend this property."

"Lived here 3 years, rent continously went up without justification or improvment to the property or my unit. Multiple complaints about disrepair were met by a revolving door of maintenence staff that did absolutely nothing or made the issues worse. When I moved out I was charged essentially two months rent in cleaning fees and my deposit was not used to compensate the charge nor was it ever returned. New managers every few weeks, sometimes weeks on end without a manager at all. I was docked for damage the apartment had (and I documented) before I moved in. Snow removal usually occurred the evening after or the next day after a big storm for the drive, and never happened for the walkways. I slipped and fell dislocating my shoulder and the manager at the time told me it was my fault for wearing shoes that didn't have traction on a sheet of ice. Also: good luck getting emergency maintenence out as well! This property is in a sad state for the price they're charging and the parent company saves pennies by ignoring required maintenance."

"We lived here for little over a year, they make you jump through hoops upon moving out, we cleaned the carpet, were told we could move out without any fess and we just now got a bill to replace the carpeting due to it supposedly smelling of dog urine when it never had before. The cleaning fees are ridiculous and the amount for a 1 bedroom apartment is basically the same for a 2 bedroom home."
