"Edit, 5 months since review. Tyrone is awesome and helpful, but I don't know if it's just my building, but the people around me are loud and I'm tired of the weed smell from the people around me. Place looked nice when I toured but has been a customer service nightmare. Cops have been here and it's only been a month since I moved in. Most likely not going to renew my lease unless something miraculously happens where we get a dedicated office number and management team. I sure hope I don't have an actual maintenance emergency because who knows it would get fixed"
"Michael(business manager) is very friendly and professional. Tyrone(maintenance man) is friendly and professional as well. Makes sure he takes care of the apartments. Windjammer is super quiet even during the summer time. Rent is cheap for the apartments. They’re very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. I have lived here for a little over a year and haven’t had any issues. Thank you guys for all you do."
"This place ended my apartment search real quick. You really can’t find these prices anywhere right now for spacious apartments. There’s a nice view of the water as well which is a bonus. Management is friendly and always prompt to respond if there’s ever any issues or questions."

"Friendly neighborhood and a great location! They renovated it very well! The drawback and reason I moved out was that nothing can be done about indoor smoking and smoke smell will move between apartments. Not a good combination. My apartment was flooded with it and I couldn't do a single thing about it. I'd avoid if you don't want to chance having a similar experience, but that all may not bother everyone."
