"I’ve lived here since 2014. First time in a smaller studio apartment. Currently live in a 2 bedroom now. Never had any issues with the apartment itself, managers or workers, or maintenance."

"Over priced for very outdated, old, and small apartments. Price wouldn’t seem as bad if they actually invested in their buildings & made halfway descent updates. The worst part about this place is how bad they will ding you on the way out! Don’t expect your security deposit back! The only reason S. deposit is just $250 & not a full months rent is because there is no way you’re getting it back!"

"When I asked about goin month to month they said no I asked about resigning for another year they said now then Jim pounded his fist on the desk and said you need to get out we have the right and we don’t want you there. I also never had any problems before this or complaints. It’s believe it’s because I pay $380 for rent and they want it back to up the price and rent it to someone else. They don’t care about there tenants. I had mice in my apartment on the second floor and I’m clean and they said it’s cold outside what do you expect mice need warmth too. Jim is an evil money hungry man. The office is selfish and never helped. I have no where else to go now and can’t find an apartment that is convenient for me to go to school and work that’s affordable. I loved this place in the beginning but in the end they didn’t care at all about me."

"This place sucks first you must have amazing credit to live in these outdated smells like mold apartments. Second they accused me of smoking weed in my home when it was the other tenants around me i dont even smoke. My bf at the time wasn't even allowed to come visit or stay the night because they watched my place as if i was some threat to this place claimed he was living in my home when in fact he was not he was only helping me move in and settle in because i have anxiety and a new place is hard to get use to the first couple of nights. The ppl around me was selling drugs yet i was the 1 being watched i left majority of the time because i was not comfortable living in their place and couldn't wait for my lease to be up."

"This place is BAD!!! Don't waste your money. They steal from their tenants. Don't ever pay in cash because someone in the company will pocket your money then they will evict you. Someone STOLE 2 months rent (cash) from me after I dropped it off at the office. This is the shadiest company I have ever dealt with. After living here for 4 years and always paying my rent suddenly they have no recollection of me paying. This is bull crap. DO NOT RENT FROM OAK HILL INVESTMENTS LLC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
