Arlington South Apartments is a pet-friendly community located at 3313 Arlington Avenue in Toledo, Ohio. Our one and two bedroom apartment homes are situated in controlled access buildings, meticulously maintained to the highest standards. Each apartment features spacious room sizes, separate dining areas, ample cabinet and closet space, and an on-site laundry center.

Lease terms are available for 12 or 6 months, with additional rent for shorter terms. Dogs and cats are welcome with a monthly pet rent and non-refundable fee. Restrictions apply, so please inquire at the leasing office.

"I can not wait until my lease is up so I can find another complex or transfer units. The apartments themselves are nice, manager is nice but can only do so much. it's the disrespectful neighbors and the super thin walls and floors. It's a jungle gym above me and they do not even have kids, it's adults. I've lived in apartments before with people above me, and never had a problem. I just want one day where I'm not yelling at the ceiling and one good night of sleep. Probably end up breaking my lease."
"Do not rent from there if you're on Disability Checks. They are not to kind to people like us. For example, I tried to rent from there but I told Meghan that my Husband and I are on Disability but we where getting funding from United Way 211. It fell through because Meghan failed to fill out W-9 forms and didn't send them to Amy from 211 after Amy told her to send out forms. Long story short, I confronted Meghan about this and denied everything. If I cannot trust her to to do the simplest thing in signing and sending out important documents then how can I trust her with anything else? She kept stringing me along and gave me excuses instead of answers. That's all messed up. As a result of her ignorance and indifference I lost my funding because the cut off was this past Wednesday and if she would of just simply did her job, then maybe I would of been a loyal tenant and gave her a five start review."
"This is the best apartment you truly can find in Toledo! Especially for the price. Very spacious apartment, maintenance was great. And Meghan is an awesome property manager."
"I have been living at the Arlington South Apartments for years ! And I have absolutely no complaints. It’s a comfy and Convenient location . The Maintenance Guy/s are amazing , and take care of things efficiently . New office Manager Meghan is Amazing, She has such an upbeat positive attitude . ALWAYS . I have sent 2 people to live here as well , & I will continue to invite others ."
"I have been living at the Arlington South Apartments for about 6 months now. I signed a lease for 12 months and am definitely considering on renewing for another year. Management is great and the maintenance is well kept up. I actually think out of the other apartment complexes I have lived at, this one is by far the quietest and cleanest. Management also lives on site which I really like."
