"I stayed here for five years, and in that time the building went from clean, pretty nice as far as far as the type of individuals allowed to live in the building to an absolute disaster. Mind you this happened in less than 3 years. Management changed almost every year or less, the office personnel changed repeatedly. We started off with security cameras that were visible from the apartments, and graduated to the cameras never working properly to not working at all. Management eventually started to allow a lot of Riff Raff to move in to the building to the point where the last management had to get rid of half of the tenants that had moved in the building my last 2 years there. Maintenance went from pretty reliable to barely any at all and when it was done they did horrible work. To make my experience living there even worse when I moved because I needed a bigger place and it was just getting out of hand there, management tried to stick me with all kinds of lengthy damages that were not even true to the condition in which I left the apartment. I was charged for paint and full carpeting when they never came to update my carpet or paint my apartment to be up to code with the new restoration they were half as attempting to do to the units. It got so bad and the security got so laxed that numerous people or assaulted leaving and coming from the parking garage to the apartments, people were defecating in the hallways of the main entrance way and in the laundry rooms provided. The elevators began to reek of urine and alcohol, and it was a smell that never would leave no matter how much smell good stuff was applied. This apartment is perfectly place downtown , and it has a lot of potential I just hope the owners get their act together with the management teams that they put in place and get it back to where it was or better"

"I lived here starting in Summer 2005 on the 19th floor with my parents and for the first couple years things were great under the management of Chrys and then Anne Rogacki. I ended up living here for 6 years and in that time after the first couple years and the loss of Chrys and Anne when Angie Walton and Shawn managed the building things began to go downhill steadily. Lower quality tenants and strippers and ghetto thugs were allowed to move in and kids running down the halls, door slamming, fire alarms in the middle of the night, non residents and drunks being let in or making their way into the building by propping open or breaking the locking security doors or intimidating residents to let them in or in one case dialing random numbers to ask residents to let them in, loud music, parties all began happening along with break ins in the adjacent parking garage. It was at this time I knew it was time to leave and move out. I signed my last lease in 2010 and it was during this time that a drunk non resident was let into the building by residents in the middle of the night and started riding the elevator to random floors trying to get into apartments and one of which was on my floor. I found graffiti and racial slurs on my door the next morning and it was at that moment I knew I had to move out. I reported the incident to police who never showed up and never took a police report and management and they did not a thing about it and offered no real solutions to prevent it from happening again stating it was ultimately the tenants responsibility to protect themselves and that any and all security was approved by the owners. I got out once my lease was up and they tried to charge me back rent and unpaid rent charges and damages to the apartment once I moved out to a total of $1000. I disputed the charges and they told me it was a mistake and that I should have never received it. The moral of the story is this stuff is still happening and nothing has changed and it's now a bad slum in downtown for low income trash. Don't move here it was once a great place to live and we'll kept now it's a dump. I have been gone 4 years and it was one of my best decisions as I have never been as scared as I was that night. They don't care who moves in as long as occupancy is good."
