"They always come when you need them. Every one that comes is so very nice. Even if it's something I could have fixed on my own. I love it here."

"When we first moved in, sidewalk and parking lot treatment during snow and ice events was good. This winter, there seems to be a major delay in treating the sidewalks, lots and drives of the complex. During the previous storm, there was no salt treatment and the entire area was covered in a sheet of ice, which was challenging to walk across. I injured my knee during a slide."

"I will say I was very excited to tour this apartment! It looks stunning on the outside and looks great on the inside until you look a little closer.. i noticed the refrigerator they had in the apartment was barely cold and the appliances were seriously outdated. Also the cold personalities of the leasing agents is just not cool.. I did not feel welcome whatsoever and when i asked a question about maintenance concerns (from reading reviews) I was then given a dirty look and a seriously sassy response. No thank you I will be taking my money elsewhere."

"I really wanted to love these apartments; I truly did. But after 5 months of continuous problems, it’s time for an honest review. For context, I live in a 1-bedroom end apartment on the top floor. I’ll leave thorough pros and cons below, starting with the limited pros. Pros: 1) Rent includes all utilities except for the electric bill, so you know what you’re paying upfront. This is great in the winter since heating does not cost extra. 2) Almost all of the ladies who work in the office and the management crew I’ve encountered are very nice (shoutout to Estefana in the office especially). 3) The pool is nice. 4) It is generally pretty quiet here; there are good neighbors and people are respectful. It is a quiet area with limited traffic noise. Cons: 1) When problems arise, they are intense problems that cause undue stress and headaches for the renter. In the 5 months I’ve lived here, my hot water has gone out 3 times (this just happened again, and emergency maintenance’s voicemail box is full). I understand I can survive without hot water; however, when I pay over $1,150/month on rent, this is unacceptable. Shortly after I first moved in, my bathroom sink leaked everywhere and ruined some of my belongings. I’ve had many issues with hornets, nails dangerously sticking up from the floorboards of the balcony, the smell of gas permeating my apartment due to a leaky hose on the back of the stove, a clogged dishwasher, etc. Another example: my washing machine broke my first week of living here, and standing water remained inside for 9 days because that’s how long it took maintenance to even come look at it. The last issue I’ll mention is that my 83-year-old grandmother fell down the concrete stairs because a handrail in my building has been broken for a month. It is a miracle she didn’t break any bones. It is difficult for me to have any respect for a property that does not take safety seriously. 2) At first glance, the apartments look nice. However, look a little more closely, and you’ll notice the sloppy efforts that were put into “renovating” the apartment before I moved in. Hairs have been painted into the walls all over (*barf*), there are giant bubbles in the paint, not all of the (minimal) outlets even work, the shower floor feels like I’m going to fall through it, some of my closet fixtures and blinds are broken, etc. I would not expect every little thing to be perfect, but I would expect more polished work for such pricey apartments. 3) The internet is atrocious, and tenants have one option: Bloom Broadband. There’s a reason you’ve probably never heard of it. When it does work (maybe 70% of the time), it is extremely slow. 4) The kitchen and bathroom are outdated. Think ‘80s cupboards with warped wood and outdated linoleum floors that don’t match the rest of the apartment. Very small shower, too. 5) If maintenance has to fix a problem that affects the whole building, you do not get a warning call or email. Two separate times I came home from work to find out I would have no hot water that day. A simple warning email would have sufficed, but apparently that is too much trouble. Please note I do not have any issues with the people I have encountered personally. Myself working in a leadership position, the best I can gather is there is a larger management issue at play here, and changes need to be implemented immediately. As of this moment, I would NOT recommend Tracy Creek Apartments to anyone looking to get their money’s worth out of an apartment. It looks nice from the outside, but there are far too many issues internally. I would be happy to update my review in several months if I see changes. And if you are reading this and work for Edward Rose, please know that calling the office or putting in a work order are things I have done repeatedly for months. Intervention needs to take place at the management level for the much-needed improvements your renters deserve."

"This property is reasonably priced based on its location and amenities. The apartments are well designed and they come with a washer and dryer. The newer apartments also come with a microwave oven. The service requests are handled quickly and any replacements are done promptly. The property is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. The apartment blocks are not serially numbered, and the lack of direction maps make it difficult for visitors to find their way around the property. The worst thing about here is the bad internet by Bloom Broadband - it can make your life miserable."
