"The office staff was my favorite! They were kind and very helpful. It’s surrounded by some nice trees and my two bedroom townhouse was a good size. It worked out well for the little over a year that my kids and I lived there."

"I used to live here. I loved that it was out the way. Nice looking on the outside but very dated. Parking lots have eyesore vehicles and the neighbors were 50/50 (ghetto/decent). The manager, at the time, was no nonsense and strictly professional but actually cool considering where she worked and the clientele she likely encountered. This program was there for me when I needed it and for what it was, it did the job and it helped a lot. My apartment was cute and right next to the laundry...which I stopped using once my things got stolen. A month after moving in I got a job that put me over income so I paid market rate for the year I was there. It was actually a steal considering the area but the amenities were at par for public housing. I moved out after a year but if I was still struggling I would have stayed. Definitely a place to stay when you're in grind mode trying to come up and you need a decent spot that's subsidized but not in the city. I wouldn't recommend making this your permanent home where you raise adolescents or teens though, if you can help it. Young moms with very young children or empty nesters, single folks or families with older, well raised kids can live here comfortably if they stay to themselves and elevate to the next level. Use this place as a stepping stone and get out as soon as possible. I'm a home owner, gainfully employed with multiple income streams because I was on my grind, building my credit, going to school and staying out the way when I lived here. My boys are doing well too. Consider this place "the trenches". Thanks!"

"Extremely ghetto. VERY poor maintenance. If you ever call in for something you need fixed, you will wait a long time for them to come in and give you service. My air conditioning was acting weird last summer. I called in to let them know. Didn't get it fixed until 2 weeks. My sink was clogged in my bathroom. Didn't get it fixed after about 3 weeks. Very unprofessional. I can not wait until my lease is up. I will not recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT MOVE HERE."
