"The lady at the front desk is the rudest loudest person I have ever met. She literally followed me out the door screaming like a crazy person. All over a grocery order that a resident ordered. A resident offered to let me use a cart to get the groceries to the 3rd floor. The lady came out very rudly saying it wasn't thier responsibility to help me. Mind you.. they offered. I can not imagine how the people in that building get treated on a daily. Crazy!!"

"The Wellington Apartments were the nicest apartments I lived in in the Toledo area. I lived alone and I always felt very safe there. My apartment was newly remodeled and beautiful. Anytime I wanted something looked at, Andrew was always prompt about sending someone to my apartment. The only con I had was that my apartment was by the back access door, which would slam shut. After waking up to someone using this door in the middle of the night, I reached out to Andrew, and asked him if they could somehow fix the door so it wouldn't slam shut. He had someone out the next day to look into the issue. Everyone in the office was very nice and quick to return my calls. Andrew went out of his way to greet residents when they were coming in to see how they were doing. I really appreciated how invested they were into their residents' wellbeing."
"Moving is never easy! BUT - I stepped off a plane and into my new home at The Wellington House. Five stars and kudos to Laura, Andrew, Travis and staff. I was honestly advised of all the necessary requirements and paperwork to complete my residency in a very timely manner. I love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone!"
