Renee is awesome, neighbors are great. Maintenance is insanely good - I just asked a question about my fire alarm needing battery to Renee, and the maintenance guys were at my house within the half hour. Curt and his team are also amazing!"

I have lived at Chelsea Place and Redwood, and I can confidently say I would have lived at Sylvan Lakes all 4 years if I had known. Affordable prices and normal people here!"

"This is a nice community until it's time to term your lease and go over charges. I lived in this complex for four years with no issues. Once I received my itemized statement for my deposit refund I had questions regarding the charges. I received delayed responses & open ended questions regarding my concerns. When the leasing office finally reached out I was given excuses why my vm & emails went unanswered and was advised to refer back to the leasing contract. It is a frustrating cycle and I feel they don't fully understand why I was charged for miscellaneous items on the sheet. Proceed with caution with this business."

"Beautiful , quiet and safe complex. The staff is amazing, responsive, and respectful. Last week the buildings were getting power washed. The office manager came to my apartment and told me because I have plants and nice furniture. The on-site gym is amazing. As is the pool. We have been so thankful to live in such a great apartment. Highly recommend"

"Reading these other posts I feel like we are talking about to different places. I have lived here for 7 years and absolutely love it. I downsized to a one bedroom this year because I was tired of the stairs. My rent with garage is only $805.00. The maintenance has always been good with fixing things when they come. They keep the grounds up. The office staff has always been helpful and friendly. Even when I had a fall one year in the parking lot they took care and was concerned. I love the work out center and pool in the summer. Know place that you live is perfect, but I have had a perfectly good season here. The only reason I am leaving next year is to get into a home."
