"Very poor management. He looks down at you as if he thinks he’s better than you. He got job because his sister is the regional manager. He is a habitual liar and very argumentative. None of the other tenants care for him. If you want to have a good experience avoid these apartments by all means necessary. There has 12 new managers in my14 year stay."
"Half the place is still burnt down and STILL want over 600 dollars for the place. Was section 8 housing before they took over and never upgraded it besides aesthetics. Will evict you first chance they get. STAY AWAY."
"Me and my family have lived here since I was 6, it was bad then and has only gone down hill in the 9 years I've lived here. Horrible managers, 3 fires in the last 4 years (one of them burning down a large part of the complex), lots of issues with plumbing and mold, and walls thin enough to hear your neighbors entire conversations, not to mention the rent which is over $700 for 500 square feet and 2 bedrooms. Overall an awful place with awful management. Would not recommend to anyone who has a choice"
"Spare yourself the trouble and do not move here. Absolutely unprofessional managers, terrible neighbors, small parking spaces, and the maintenance takes forever to come or just forgets. They charge you to use the pool, and they haven’t even started renovating the apartments from a fire that happened in July/August.. so bugs and mold are getting in nearby apartments. Manager locks her door and refuses to answer the phone. I’ve lived here 3 years and we’ve probably been through 10 or so managers since. One guy actually yelled at everyone, and he was so cold and rude when you needed something. I had so many things wrong moving in that I should’ve documented. Please save yourself time and money and go somewhere else."
"Communication between manager and tenants is absolutely horrible. Hardly ever in the office during office hours never calls you back after leaving messages. Can’t get anything fixed in a timely manner went over a week without being able to use my toilet and shower. Along with much more. Managers attitude has completely changed since the signing of my lease. This is my first apartment as I’m only 18 horrible experience I suggest you do your research so your not stuck in a place like this for a year."
