"I would have to agree with the bad reviews. I have called this place multiple times. Even got a text saying call the office from "Bethany". I took the time to call and leave a voice mail. No response back. Look elsewhere. No excuses for the courtesy of returning a phone call. First impression BAD. UPDATE: Actually had the pleasure of receiving a phone call from Andrew Harrison. What a joke."

"I was going to tour the place, but after my unpleasant call with the lady and reading the reviews, I’ve decided against it. She was unnecessarily rude on the phone and, for some reason, wanted us to meet at her office in Toledo when I was only interested in the apartments in Sylvania.. seems counterintuitive. Most places have had me meet at the unit and the tour begins. Why drive to Toledo, to Sylvania, then possible back to her office in Toledo, then back where I currently live? Anyways, the pictures, although very limited, looked nice as well as the pricing, but I don’t have much to go off of."

"The contemporary apartments are beautiful luxury apartments, the property and grounds are well maintained. The manager Bethany, is a awesome manager and very meticulous, that cares about you and will take care of all your needs. She has an awesome maintenance staff that surrounds her,from Doug to Dan and I'm between. They will definitely take care of any maintenance issues that you have that may arise. The location of the property is close to anything that you need. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment , schools ect..it's just a great location. Come on home to the Contemporary, you will not be disappointed, I'm not!! Thank you Bethany, Dan and Doug. I have much respect for you all!!!"

"The property manager Beth is the laziest and most uncommunicative manager ever. Beth and Andrew are terrible people. They are not fit for human society and quite honestly should probably find themselves jobs where they don’t have to deal with people. I just can’t believe the level of unintelligence they have. They never respond to maintenance requests and are to lazy too manage the upkeep of the apartment. If you like to have your car broken into or look at dirty mattresses all over the property this is it. Please do not lease an apartment here. Ceiling collapsed and my dog died because of it."

"If you like peace and quiet this is not the place for you. Walls are paper thin, Can hear stomping up and down stairs all day and night. Can smell marijuana throughout apartment and in halls. Management chose to do nothing about it, so I chose to move. maintenance guy is incompetent and lazy. Property manager Beth was recently removed (to little to late) as she had no communication skills. Please DO NOT DISMISS the other reviews as they are very true!!! Beware!!!"
