Park Terrace Apartments

"Give lived at park terrace for 7 years going on 8. The place used to be affordable but every time you renew your lease they raise the rent. Come on a small one bedroom 650!! This will be the last year I live here. Found other small one bedrooms for 500 to 550 which is affordable. No reason to raise rent every year its ridiculous don't understand people live on a fixed income. They need to get a "lease and lock"policy"

"If you are considering moving here please consider this. Our mailbox was broken nov. 26th, 2021, it’s basically July and they have yet to fix it. It’s giving we don’t care about our tenants. I have older neighbors who don’t always have transportation to the post office to get their mail and they have to run down the mail man to possibly get their mail. It’s honestly so ridiculous. They advertise a gym as apart of the amenities, but all the equipment is old and broken, so don’t expect to use that. Bathrooms have no ventilation, which cause quick mildew buildup. Best thing about this place is it’s cheap in a decent area of Toledo."

"The new owners are awful! Rude and any chance they get will rack up your rent! Oh another word is PETTY in all caps! The maintenance man is rude and petty. I can't wait to get out of here. Don't waste your time. Each time you renew your lease expect a rent hike! They don't care not personable at all!"

"I lived there for a year and moved out a few months ago to move to a different city. I miss it so much. You get such a good quality apartment for such an affordable price. I had brand new carpets, walls, kitchen appliances, and flooring. Maintenance took care of any problems I had within a few hours of calling, including a couple noise complaints. Not once did I struggle to find a good parking spot by my door. The upstairs neighbors argued a lot, but there's not a whole lot management can do about that. I definitely recommend this place, especially to UT students looking for a relatively short commute."

"My lease expired in May so I lived there for one year. It's a pretty decent place to live. Whenever I had a maintenance issue it was rectified in a timely manner. Most of the tenants are pleasant. There was an incident where someone shot off a gun 3 times, but other than that I had no issues. I am wondering how they will handle returning my $500 security deposit. I had some minor issues like one set of keys were not returned ($10 fee) and my son did not remove a chest that he wanted ($50 removal fee), but other than these, I left the apartment clean and undamaged. I did call their corporate offices to find out the status of the manager's inspections and was told that I would receive a letter informing me of any deductions. I asked to speak to someone, but no one is every available and voicemails have not been returned. I will keep you posted on how they return security deposits."
