"Might want to save your money useless office staff and maintenance!! Heat went out last winter its now October and its still not fixed residents were told turn on your oven and open the door with a gas stove thats a little dangerous isnt it this should tell you what kind of people run this place would not recommend any of there properties!!!! Also had the nerve to raise the rent during this time. January 3 2022 update still no heat still waiting on that part this place is beyond a joke!!! January 22 2022 still no heat"
"Beware scam alert. I received a recent email from Cindy Kelly asking me a favor to by her niece an Apple card. I applied for an apartment at king cove in 2017 to move there from another state with my daughter. I cancelled because my credit was below the creditrequirement. She wanted to set up a meeting on a Saturday since I am in New York and bring a money order for a certain amount and she will let us still move in. I was skeptical and cancelled it. Moving forward 4 years later and I get an email from her asking for a favor? I may be 82 years old but I am not a fool. Beware people!"
"I have been very pleased here. I moved here in December 2010. Left for 18 months for a more convenient place in Michigan where I was working. Moved back here into a 2 bedroom townhouse since May 2014. I like the location. Neighbors have been good. Maintenance was responsive when I had a roof leak. Pool policy is very restrictive if you have more than 2 kids."
"The management staff is horrible!!! They don't return your phone calls and when you call they give you the run around. They knocked on my door to while I was getting ready to take my trash out to tell me (with an attitude) that I can't leave trash in the hallway. This is the same lady that never called me back about renewing my lease and gave me an attitude when I came in the office to follow up. While the location is nice, the neighborhood is okay. My car was stolen and another car got broken into. They have a security team but somehow all these bad things still happen. The maintenance staff is rude and slow. My dishwasher isn't working correctly, I called and after 2 months; my dishwasher is still broken!!"
